Handcrafting your order with care
All Elegant Pieces are handcrafted with love, care, and attention to detail. Because each order is individually created, please allow 10–14 business days from the date your order is paid in full for your item(s) to be handcrafted, completed, and shipped. The 10–14 business-day timeframe begins only after payment has been received in full. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Tracking your beautiful purchase
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive shipping and tracking information when available. Delivery time after shipment will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Please plan accordingly when ordering for birthdays, weddings, holidays, housewarmings, or other special occasions, as Elegant Pieces LLC cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates once an order has been shipped.

Because Elegant Pieces offers handcrafted items in different sizes and quantities, shipping costs will vary based on the weight of the order, package size, shipping destination, and applicable carrier rates. The applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout before the customer completes their purchase, whenever available. Customers will have the opportunity to review their shipping charges and total order amount before submitting payment. Please note: Shipping fees are separate from the cost of your Elegant Pieces products and may vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
